Delivery costs include shipping and packaging. We deliver orders by letter and parcel. Problems with transportation and damaged products: if a product has gone missing during transportation or has been damaged, please immediately notify email@example.com. If the parcel has been damaged in the mail, a notification about the product must be immediately filed with postal services.
We reserve the right to change our terms of delivery.
Before placing an order, the customer must always read the currently valid terms of delivery.
We mail products on every weekday. Products are mailed within 1-3 business days of the placement of the order, unless otherwise specified. If you need a product urgently, please mention it in your order; we will try to do the best we can. You will be notified of any unusual delivery times when you place your order.
PAYMENT SERVICE PROVIDER
The implementer of the payment service and payment service provider will be Checkout Finland Oy (2196606-6) together with Finnish banks and credit institutions. Checkout Finland will be listed as the recipient of the payment on a bank statement or credit card bill and will forward the payment to the vendor. Checkout Finland is a licensed payment institution. For any claims, we ask that you primarily contact the vendor of the product.

TERMS OF CHANGE AND RETURN
All our products are given a 14-day right of change or return. The right of return only applies to unused and sellable products in original packages. Individualized / customized products are not covered by the right of return.
Any shipping costs incurred from a product return shall be paid by the customer.
Immediately stop using a broken product and send a notification of it to firstname.lastname@example.org.
