Exchange and return conditions
All our products have a 14-day right of return. The right of return only applies to unused and salable products in the original packaging. Named / customized products do not have the right of return. The customer pays the postage costs incurred for the return.

When the returned products arrive, we will make the refund according to your payment method.
Please note that if the order no longer meets the conditions for free delivery after the return, we will deduct the delivery cost from the refunded amount.

Unclaimed package is not a return! We charge the customer the costs incurred for redeeming the package in addition to the delivery costs.
Complaint
Remove the broken product from use immediately and report it to info@mylo.fi. We always handle complaints on a case-by-case basis.
