All shipping costs include postage and packaging.
FINLAND
The Posti small package is delivered to the mailbox for €3.95
The postal package is delivered to the nearest parcel machine for €4.95
Pickup (Takojankatu 3 15800 LAHTI) We will send you an email when the order is available for pickup.
SWEDEN
The package is delivered to the nearest parcel pick-up point for €6.95 Delivery time 3-5 days
We mail products every weekday. Products are mailed 1-2 business days after ordering, unless otherwise stated. If the product is in a hurry, please mention it when ordering, we will try to do our best. Deviating delivery times will be communicated with the order.
Problem situations during transport and defective products
If the product is lost during transport or damaged, please report it immediately to info@mylo.fi. If the package is damaged in the mail, the product must be immediately complained to the mail.
We reserve the right to change our terms of delivery. Before placing an order, the customer must familiarize himself with the delivery conditions valid at any given time.
